How to update to eCart 5.04

I have eCart 5.0.3, Data Bridge 1.0.0 and DesignExtender 1.0.4 installed.

What is the correct way to update eCart 5.0.3 to eCart 5.0.4?

Just deinstall 5.0.3 and install 5.0.4 afterwards?

p.s. due to the fact that insatllation of WA extensions normally causes errors when done in the wrong order, an overall installation/updates guide for all extension would be necessary! Thx

I have thought about this one too...I guess since eCart is a newer update maybe update that last.

but what I plan to do is the following:

1. delete the Configuration folder
2. open up adobe extensions manager and then uninstall all the "redunant" webassist products.
3. load up dreamweaver which will create a new configuration folder
4. load up adobe extensions manager and install in this order (if i had design extender)
a) install design extender
b) install databridge
c) install ecart (latest build)

but then i could be wrong with installing ecart last.

Hi i read somewhere that:

1. Uninstall E-Cart 5.03
2. Uninstall DataBridge
3. Install E-cart 5.04
4. Install DataBridge

I also read that someday soon they will try to release a mjaor E-Cart update so that the install order does not matter anymore.
But for now this is the order to do, at least i read.
