Checkout doesn't work - from Facebook post

i am trying to take payment through paypal. i had MAJOR issues setting it up and the "help" out there is not helpful at all. but i thought i had it all set and i went to check it a few days later and now it hangs.

i log in, enter product to my cart, click check out, it goes to the billing information screen and i see my order at the bottom. I click "continue" and nothing happens. I see hte button activate, but it doesn't go anywhere. I've tried it on my home computer, my work computer and my phone.

i tried deleting my layout design and going back to the stock one to see if it was that. but it wasn't. i tried setting up a different person with a different email address but that didn't work.

I'm still trying to figure out what is causing this issue. I think it would help if I could look at your admin settings.

I have created a support ticket to allow us to communicate in a private forum so that you can share sensitive information including your username and password for your admin. Please log into the webassist web site and view your support history to respond to the opened ticket and include your admin credentials so I can log in and see what you have in your settings. I'm hoping that will allow me to figure out the cause of this issue.

not sure how to go to private, but the ones that you emailed me are the correct ones. i was able to log into the dashboard with them. (lowercase)

to go to the private ticket, log into your webassist account here:
login.php

once logged in, click the support history link to access the private ticket.
