unable to activate uninversal email ver 2.8

Unable to activate Universal Email version 2.8.
When I place my serial number in the box a message say it is "incorrect". Not sure what to do. I hope you can help me.

make sure you are copying the serial number form the download center page and pasting it into the activation screen.

what version of Dreamweaver are you using?

Universal Email 2 has been discontinued for quite some time and will not wok in newer versions of Dreamweaver.

I am using Dreamweaver CS5. I was using control-C to copy the number. I guess if U. Email doesn't work in CS5 - that is probably the problem.

UE version 2 will not work in DW CS5, you will need to upgrade to Universal Email version 4 in order to use it in DW CS5
