Same extension, different DW versions on one PC

Same extension, different DW versions on one PC

Hi Webassist,

I have a general question about extensions. I have many of your extensions and pre-built solutions but with regard to extensions can I run the same extension on the same computer with two different versions of Dreamweaver?

I currently own Dreamweaver CS4 & CS5.5 suites of Adobe Dreamweaver and I use them both for different purposes, since the license for the extension is for one computer, does that mean I can install the extensions in different versions of Dreamweaver with worrying about them failing?

Thanks,

you can install the extensions in multiple versions of dreamweaver on the same computer, or even for different users in multiple dreamweaver versions.

the activation is based on the computer, not the dreamweaver version or user that is logged in.
