Some Design Extender Extensions are not loading

Background info: I built my site using Design Extender extension > New sculptor site.
I have my index.php page open.

Issue: I want to open up CSS Sculptor and/or CSS Menu Writer to make some adjustments.
When I select either of them from the WebAssist menu within DW, I get the screen that says to activate Design Extender. I enter the serial code... I get the green check mark and that screen closes... and then nothing else happens. It looks like the tools are trying to load for a split second but the CSS Scultpor (and I also tried CSS Menu Writer) screens/tools never open after activation.

I looked at the common problem with installation and deleted the Cache file.

Pretty much same issue - site sculptor and Css Menu Writer unstable and/or unusable.
Keeps asking for serial number when trying to make changes.

What extensions, including the version numbers are installed?

The latest:
design 111, databridge 113, ecart 507.

Os: snow leopard 10.6.8, mac pro 1.1, 15Gb ram, SSD OCZ-Vertex3, ati 5870, adobe CS5,
MAMP Test Server.

Just trying to make basic html site.

make sure installed them in the proper order:
eCart
Design Extender
Data Bridge.

I reinstalled. CSS Menu Writer and Site Sculptor are now functional. CSS Sculptor still pops up activation screen, but will not activate after entering serial and pressing activate.

I tried almost everything possible to find problem. I repaired permissions on system and
user account, disabled my firewall, cleaned user and system caches and ran disk warrior
and apple disk utility.

I have created a support ticket so we can look into this issue further.
