receive email, but email unreadable and an attachement

I am using UE 4, with PEAR using SMTP, and everything is working fine ecxept for when the client receives the email of the submission. She is using Outlook on a PC, and when she receives her email, it is an attachment of a text file, and that text file has a bunch of html code in it (of the entire page with the form).

I have a Mac, and when I receive the same email, it comes through fine, like it should, with the html form in the page itself.

I have searched your forum, but cannot find a solution.

Please help!

here is an updated copy of the configuration/shared/webassist/UniversalEmail/xml/WAUniversalEmail.xml that should correct the problem.

see the Common Installation Issues PDF here for details on locating the configuration folder:

after updating this file, delete the cache file from as outlined in the common_installation_issues.pdf, then reopen Dreamweaver, on the page that sends the email, open the server behaviors panel, double click the Universal Email server behavior to edit it and click ok to have the code regenerated, then re upload the entire WA_UniversalEmail folder to the server.
