Email on record update?

Hello,
Using DA I have an update page for our users which fires off an email when the record is inserted. Is it also possible to have an email sent when anyone updates the record?

add universal email to the update page, edit the update behavior so that is does not redirect to another page, set the redirect to happen in the UE behavior.
