New Areas in PowerCMS

Hi there,

I have two questions about content areas.

1. Is it possible to create a content area for the keywords and description similar to the templates made in css sculptor for the CMS?

2. I inserted the power CMS to an existing site and there are no possibilities to add new content using it as a new template. Is it possible to manage it afterwards on each content site I want?

Hope to hear from you soon.

Best regards,

Mo

1) Yes, create the content areas named as meta-keywords or meta-description

then add the developer notes code for the content areas to the meta tags, for example:

php:
<meta name="keywords" content="<?php echo WA_getCMSContent($database_PowerCMSConnection$PowerCMSConnection'pageName''meta-keywords'); ?>" />

<meta name="description" content="<?php echo WA_getCMSContent($database_PowerCMSConnection$PowerCMSConnection'pageName''meta-description'); ?>" />

2) when you create a new content group (Click the plus button next to Content) there is a checkbox you can click to use the content area as a template.

Jason, that sounds great and easy.

Thank you!
