Relational products on "detail page"

I just wondered if this feature can be achieved using web developer suite.

When a user clicks on the detail page, related products also appear (let's say at the bottom of the page). e.g.

Sure, you would just need to have a way to determine those products to show in the database... possibly a separate table.
