installed.jpg failure

What could be the problem with the installed.jpg. I´m not able after trying it several times to upload it via DW or FileZilla. It happens within the installing routine.

Please, need help.

Greets, Mo

some servers prevent that file from being uploaded, here is updated copy of the webassist/themes/theme_open.png and a webassist/themes/default/images/installed.txt file to use instead.

Jason, thanks. But where should them be replaced? I can´t find the folder. Or am I wrong, because I mentioned the jpg and not the txt-file.

Sorry, I´m starting right know and I´m not very familiar with Design Extentender at the moment.

Hello Jason,

thanks for the support. The CMS is working now. The hoster admitted the file, so everything is working fine. The problem was the virusscanner from the hosting company. Why don´t you use another way to check the licence? Just a thought.

Bye and thanks again.

I too am having this issue

I installed a site yesterday without issue. I put this one in today and got the same "require_once(../images/installed.jpg". I have uploaded the files and can't see where this is an error .. connection works (tested) and such.

Help?

installed.jpg file rejected by server

I am having this same problem. Everything works fine on my local testing server (MAMP) but my client's host server rejected the installed.jpg file, claiming that a virus was detected and removed.
