deducted VAT from gross for non eu coutries

Hi, my shopping cart generally displays the gross amount - ie, cost including VAT at 20% however I want to 'discount' the vat for customers outside the european union. I have a session variable ZoneID so i've set my rule to be
Total number of items > 0
AND If session variable zoneID == 3
OR if session variable ZoneID == 4

Based on the cart subtotal ...

But then I'm struggling with the calculation. If the item cost is £120 i need the discount to be £20 (ie 20% of the net). Can you tell me what the calculation should be.

Actually don't worry - answered by own question - sorry - you divide the gross amount by 6 to get the vat (just for the record!)
