Error generating form

Hello I am working in Preset Manager in CSS Form Builder - Form Groups.

I am creating new categories and groups. It was working all right but I am receiving this errors:

ERROR 1:

Error generating form:
ReferenceError: getConnectionsUrlFormat is not defined

ERROR 2:

While executing onUnload in walm_presets.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) ocurred:

At line 47 of file "MachintoshHD:Users:myuser:Library:ApplicationSupport:Adobe: DreamweaverCS5.5:en_US:Configuration:Commands:walm_presets.js":wa.page0.presetList has no properties

I have removed the DW cache file and the errors continued.

I have WA CSSFB 2.01
The only change was: Yesterday I installed Security Assist 2.

I have attached an image of my WA Extensions installed.

"Hello I am working in Preset Manager in CSS Form Builder - Form Groups."

so to launch the CSS Form builder wizard, you are using the edit button from the preset manager?

Instead of launching form builder form the preset manager, you should be launching it from the web assist menu.

Open a page in your site that you wish to add the form to, the go to Webassist -> Forms -> Insert New Form.

Next to the form selection, you can click the edit button to edit the the form contents, after editing the groups or the contents, you will the option to save them as new presets.

No, to launch the CSS Form builder wizard I use Insert/Webassist/Insert New CSS FB.....
I donĀ“t have problems to add a new form.

I just tried to use the Preset manager to create new groups . And there is the problem.

to create new groups, do not use the preset manager, got to WebAssist -> Forms -> Create New Form just as if you where creating a new form instead.
