file manager doesnt open in new window in ie9

I thought I had seen this issue mentioned before, but a search through the forums didnt find anything.
In IE9, when I go to insert (or edit) an image, then in the image properties window, click browse server, the KFM filemanager window opens in the same window instead of a popup or new window.
Thus when I select an image to insert, I get the error
"There is no kfm opener to return to"

Any suggestions?

What version of HTML Editor, I thought this was fixed in HTML Editor 3.0.2.

If it is a HTML Editor version that uses CKEditor, you may need to upgrade the CKEditor files to use CKEditor 3.6.2:
download

the CKEditor install page has instructions for upgrading an existing version:
Installation

These are the same steps to upgrade the HTML Editor version.

Looks like a pretty simple upgrade. I will let you know.
I looked at Adobe Extension Manager, and it says I am using html editor 3.02, and the version of ck editor it installed is 3.5.2.

Thanks for your help!
