Dreamweaver Crash on WA Extensions

I am reinstalling DW and activating extensions 1 by 1. I got to my last three extensions and then DW Crashed (I was opening and closing DW with each set of three). They were Google Pro Maps, Google Tools and Cookies Toolkit.

I disabled them but still am getting an error:
Javascript error: Unable to open script file "HD: Applications: Adobe Dreamweaver: Configuration: Shared: WebAssist: Library: WA_Configuration.js" (error 2). There is no file in my applications folder or even a WA folder in the config there. Also that file does not exist anywhere on my harddrive, nor does it existing the app support folder in my user name.

On uninstalling ProMaps, I also got the message:
Failed to send response back to product with PCD entry "dreamweaver.."

I threw out my MacDataCache file but that doesn't seem to fix the problem

what other extensions do you have installed? it sounds like you have conflicting extensions installed.

See attached. This is why WA should have a continually UPDATED LIST in a Prominent place where Superceded, replaced, and incompatible extensions are listed.

can you compress the screen shot into a zip archive please, the forum is resizing the image and making it to small to read.
