Parse error after adding Form Function

Hi, I hope someone can help. I have built a form using CSS Form Builder. All was fine until I added the Form Function to email the form. After this Dreamweaver reports a syntax error and the browser reports:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[', expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or '$' in E:\Files\Web\sites\circus city\site\booking-form.php on line 27

Line 27 reads:

if ((isset(["circuscity_submit"]))) {

Before posting I installed CSS Form Builder 2.0.0 (Build 027), hoping that would fix it, but sadly not.

I woud very much appreciate anyones thoughts on how to get it working.

that line should be:
if ((isset($_POST["circuscity_submit"]))) {

there is an update that will be released in a few days that should fix the issue.
