Contact Form Does Not Work in Safari or Chrome

My contact form works fine in nearly all browsers except for Safari or Chrome. Same issue for my users_Registration form.
The form resets and states that the security question is incorrect even though the answer is correct.

Form displays properly in Firefox only and contact element does not work in Safari

I am having a similar problem. I am new to Web Development and am a current student learning it. When I coded my site's form page, it works and displays perfectly in Firefox only, however in Safari, Chrome, and Opera the form and all subsequent pages display all messed up and in Safari, the order form delivers an error when the submit button is clicked. Any tips?

please post a link where i can see the problem, it is impossible to tell what may be wrong with design issues like this without seeing it, it is also impossible to tell what may be causing an error message without knowing what the error message is.
