Site displaying testing. Is it meant to?

Hi, I have set the PowerStore to live mode and connected it up to a simulator account on sagepay and used their test credit/debit card details to create an order, but when I create the order, and payment is made, the thank you page still says the site is in testing mode, even though I have set it to live. Is this what you expect to have happen with a simulator account and test card details?

Also, the way in which PowerStore interacts with sagepay... is it the 'direct' method, the 'server' method or the 'form' method? I was just talking to them and they couldn't quite understand how I was explaining it to them. They assume it's direct as we have the ability to control the way the form looks (so it's direct), but again, they were vague as to how powerstore does it because in the payment gateway settings it says 'SagePay VSP Server' (so it's server) but we also have https (so it's direct again)... it got very confusing for me! =D

On the Store Settings tab, make sure you don't have the Test Mode check box enabled.

The Sage Pay method used by Power Store is VSP Server.
