Design Extender Css Menu writer issues

I have just upgraded to Design Extender, after upgrading i needed to change a menu that i had created with css menu writer.
Before i edit the menu it works fine in Preview in browser, as soon as i edit it with Design extenders css menu writer and go to preview i get this message
Object not found!
The requested URL was not found on this server. The link on the referring page seems to be wrong or outdated. Please inform the author of that page about the error.

Yes, it appears to overwrite the $localRoot and $remoteRoot in the menu.php file incorrectly. We will have a fix out on Wed to address this issue. For now you can manually update it. If you have difficulty just post back and we can have someone help.
