Update Multiple Record Java Error

I recently complain about an error applying Update Multiple Records and was told…. And I quote
"we just released an update to DataAssist 2.1.0, try deleting the cache file again, then uninstalling DA 2.0.9 and installing Da 2.1.0" so I follow the instruction and guess what IT DOSE NOT WORK AGAIN" i really do not like to be experimented on

Please check yourself and deliver error free products... I am so angry it’s not a joke

I am not able to reproduce the error with data assist 2.1.0, we will need to investigate this issue with you.

I have created a support ticket so we can look into this issue further.
