SA v2.0.4 Issue

Im using this latest version to create a basic registration page in DW5.5. I'm not using a template.

Two issues so far;

When a check box field is added and validation set to must have a value before form submit, the new page does not include the validation and the check box default value is true, when i have set it to false in the wizard.

When completing a form with a field using two radio buttons group, the form when submitted falls over with the following error;

Warning: array_search() expects parameter 2 to be array, string given in C:\xampp\..\ireg.php on line 164

checked="checked" tabindex="5">

for each radio button

I haven't edited any code since the wizard built the page. I note however the radio values are 'this ' and 'that' respectively. I require them to be integers; 1 and 2, not text.

The page is attached. Any ideas please?
