Error saving edited theme

I am getting this error when trying to save a theme that has been edited:

Warning: rename(../../themes/temp_editing/,../../themes/CCR/) [function.rename]: Permission denied in D:\Hosting\#######\html\store\webassist\plugins\styler\styler.php on line 70

I'm not sure what this means. I am able to apply different colors and logo to the theme but when I save it and givce it a name, it throws this error.

any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Still having this issue!

As soon as I give the edited version of the "crazy template" a new name and click publish, I get the error below.

Warning: rename(../../themes/temp_editing/,../../themes/Enter a Theme Name/) [function.rename]: Permission denied in D:\Hosting\#######\html\store\webassist\plugins\styler\styler.php on line 70

The code in Line 70 of \webassist\plugins\styler\styler.php is this:

rename("../../themes/temp_editing/","../../themes/".$new_name . '/');

When I purchased the software for the client I asked if it could be used on Windows IIS7 with PHP enabled and the answer was yes. I don't see why I should be having this issues.

It keeps finding an unsaved theme and gives me the option of "Edit unsaved theme" or continue and lose everything I have done.

I need answers to the problems I'm having, I need to start populating the store and can't do that with it not working properly.
