Price based on option

I am setting up a cart where visitors can buy coffee drinks.

Lets say they come to web site and order a coffe drink,

There are three options in a list:
Small
Medium
Large

What I want to do is charge a different price based on the option they select.

How would I go about doing this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Stan Forrest

You would use the list to filter a recordset that returns the correct price and then use that recordset in the add to cart binding.

1) Create your database

2) Create a recordset to add the list to your add to cart form

3) add the list to the add to cart form and populate it from the database

4) create a second recordset that is filtered based on the submitted list value that returns the associated price

5) Update your add to cart server behavior

Steps 1-4 are done outside of the WebAssist interfaces. Which step do you get stuck at?

Hello Ray

I am stuck at the point where the second record set is filtered by what is selected in the list. Forgive me I am a newbee.

How do I get the price from the second record set submitted to the cart. I am totally lost at this point.

Thank You For Your Help

4) Use the filter dropdown in the recordset server behavior to filter the recordset based on the value of the list

5) In the bindings tab for the add to cart server behavior you can click the lightning bolt and get the value from the recordset you created in step 4.
