Error message from download email error

Hi, We are experiencing an error message when some one buys a download mp3. When the client receives the email, when they click on the link they get this on the page. If they login the files are there. Its not only the the email, its any link with https. The certificate is good.

Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/www/vhosts/enhancedhealing.com/mp3directory/Sleep.zip) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/enhancedhealing.com/httpdocs/:/tmp/) in /var/www/vhosts/enhancedhealing.com/httpdocs/view_downloads.php on line 309
No File Found

Okay I checked the link. It has https...If I take out the "s" it works. It was working before. Any insight?

Also, in the email for confirming your email, it goes to this. If you click on the links, if you click on login, it goes to page not found
