Another SecurityAssist 2.0.4 problem

I' get this error message in browser:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function WAValidateUnique() in /kunder/norwegian-summer.com/www/index_2.php on line 15

this is code in line 15:
$WAFV_Errors .= WAValidateUnique("localhost",$localhost,$database_localhost,"pm1_users","UserID","none,none,NULL","-1","UserEmail","',none,''","".(((isset($_POST["email"]))?$_POST["email"]:"")) ."",true,3);

I have tested with the fix found here:
showpost.php?p=106073&postcount=14
but I still get the same error message.

I have worked on this site for a while, and it the form was validating ok a few days ago. You can test it on live URL here:
index_2.php

There is a small subscribe form near the bottom of the page.

I'm also uploading my working files.

I think I have the same problem.

Started working with new Security Assist 2.0.4.

When I run the registration page, I get that fatel error. I am sending the jpg showing line 14.

I am working on this with my local server as you can see.

Please let me know if you need something else.

I almost forgot, I did download that script and try that. It didn't work.
