In the help area, it says:
You can create as many rules as you would like. If more than one rule applies to your customer on checkout, they will have the opportunity to select which shipping option they would like. This allows you to provide your customer with the ability to choose a ship type such as "First Class" or "Overnight".
I have many choices, but the cart is automatically assigning Standard Shipping to the orders. I can't get it to show any other choice. In addition, one of my shipping options is related to Alaska which is a higher cost, and the cart responds with an error message of:
Your transaction could not be completed due to a problem occurring while calculating shipping. Please return to checkout and try again, or contact us.
I had assistance in a ticket to get the shipping set up, so I am confident it was done properly. Any direction, most appreciated.
(PS: we are supposed to go live Sunday, after nearly a year of client changes, etc.)
