Hi Jason

in PS4 I have the rule setup as follows

<= 200.00 lb £10.00

‫I'm using the price as the weight so that any order under £200 /200lb will be chargedat £10 carriage.

The client has several items which go out letter post and the client does not want to charge carriage.

I had the idea of having two rules

Giving the postable items a weight of 1lb so that

>= 1.00lb £0.00

Anything from 2lb to 200lb would cost £10

<= 200.00 lb £10.00

And anything over 201lb would be carriage free

Is this a viable idea? and is the correct way to specify the rule?

for the items that should not get charged shipping, set the weight to 0.

any items that don't have a weight specified will not be included in the shipping charge.

you don't need the two rules, just the 1 rule and setting the items weight to 0 for items that don't get charged shipping will do the trick.
