MySQL Connection on DW cs5 to work with SecurityAssist

I think i have tried everything. I need help in just really connecting to the MySQL database that i already created on my control panel for my site.

I already placed the following:

MySQL Server: an ip address given to my by my hosting co
user name: just as I named it in the control panel
password: i know this is right
database: just as I named it in the control panel

I try testing it.. and no luck..

it says "An unidentified error has occurred"

then I checking "Testing Server" on Site Settings on DW CS5
then i get this error:

HTTP Error Code 404 File Not Found. Here are some possible reasons for the problem:

1. There is no testing server running on the server machine.
2. the testing server specified for this site does not map to the MMHTTPDB.php URL. Verify that the URL prefix maps to the root of the site.

how do I accomplish this? I really just want to connect.. making it the easiest way.. no matter if it's FTP or whatever with Dreamweaver. what is the EASIEST way.. I tried everything and no luck. I have no experience to MySQL stuff and just wanted to be simple so I can use Security Assist.

Please help.

the error means that the URL Prefix you entered in the testing server settings is not correct.

looks like you used:
public_html/

for the url prefix, you should use:
kerigma.name/

instead

ok. I am using DW CS5 and when I go to Site Settings.. there is no where to put a testing server address. where do I place this URL at? I can configure the FTP and all that stuff.. but I have nothing for testing server.. just a check mark if I want to include it to the site.

thanks.

In CS5.x this is the Web URL setting for the server that you have set the checked the "Testing" option
