Help with File Manage and HTML Editor

I have a strange problem and I'm hoping someone will have the answer. I have search all over the forum with no luck.

I am using the HTML Editor on a site and when I click on the Browse Server button from the Image Properties box, the File Manager window opens but it is blank. No error triggers and nothing else happens. I have tried to reload and file permissions for my upload director our set to 777.

any ideas and any help is greatly appreciated!

Jeff

Try changing the permissions of the file manager folder and all the subfolders and files to 755. That sometimes works.

Another thing you might try is to:

in the webassist/kfm/index.php page

find the following line:

<script type="text/javascript" src="j/all.php/can-minify"></script>

and change it to:

<script type="text/javascript" src="j/all.php"></script>

Let me know if either of those solve your issue. If not we'll have to open a support ticket to debug it with you directly.

Hi Ray,

Thanks for the reply. Actually, I did see other posts with that suggestion and tried it. But I had no luck.

I've opened a support incident so that we can have someone call and look into this with you directly. Please update your incident with a phone number and a good time to call and we'll help you figure out the problem and find a solution.

Thanks Ray. One more question... I went into my account to update the incident and can't find it anywhere. I looked in support history but don't show it there. Am I missing something? Thank you so much for your help!

I have recreated the support incident, it should be there now.
