Issues with Shipping Rates

Hi Guys,

I have an issue with the shipping rates and wonder if you could help.

Firstly my shipping rates are setup so that orders over 75.00 get free shipping. If it's under 75.00 they are charged 6.00.

I have one product that is 59.95 that does not require shipping. ( It's a training course )

I have gone into products - Additional settings and set this product Exclude from all shipping rules.

I have left the Shipping / Handling Charges: empty and I have tried with placing 0.00 but in every case when a client's pays using a credit card it still adds a shipping charge of 6.00.

If you checkout using PayPal express, no shipping charge is added.

May I have some help with this.
