Search not working from template?

The search works when used on a non-template page however, when I add the “search form” to a page template, it stops working!?

the search lists the previous search results

When I try to search from the “results” page, the search works (this page has been created from the template)

Do you have a sample url I can look at? It should be possible to put the search form on a template and have it work. You just need to make sure the form action points to the results page.

Hi Ray

here are a couple of links...

(template)
PRODUCTrange.php

(non-template)
index.php

the non-template page will show correct results on...
SEARCHresults.php

the template page shows everything or what was last searched for?

I searched for "anti-slip"

it should probably be:

<form id="formSEARCH" name="formSEARCH" method="post" action="SEARCHresults.php">
