Transaction not completed...

Hey Jason, when I go onto my site and try to order something, everything works fine until I hit the "submit order" button. I get "Transaction not completed" on the checkout_failure.php page. I am not even getting the opportunity to input any credit card information. I am in test mode on Sage. I have attached the checkout_failure.php and the confirm.php pages. Can you help?

If you don't even get to enter information that means your sagepay userid or password could be wrong, or you didn't add your server IP address to sagepay as a valid vendor. Sagepay requires you to add your domain ip to an accepted vendor list before it will accept transactions from that site.
