use images for thumbnail in the cart

How do i pick what image i want for the add to cart when i go to thumbnail in - add to cart - bindings - it will not let me pick what image i want how would i do this?

I looked over the Getting Started with eCart guide but i still dont know

you need to enter the image name:
image.jpg

in the thumbnail column

then in the cart display manager wizard, you can set the folder that thumbnails are stored i to have the thumb nail shown in the cart display page.

that worked out great thanks

1 other thing is there any way to let site user know when they press the add to cart that they know it did add? you know like a number beside the view cart button or something

either set the add to cart button to direct to the view cart page after adding the item, or add a Quick Cart Cart display manager type to the page, the quick cart will show the cart total and quantity along with a view cart and checkout button.
