disappearing text in list values

When I'm creating list values after adding about 4 items the the text disappears, it's still there it just becomes invisible. After blindly adding a couple more items the text re-appears, then after a few more items it disappears again.

My operating system is Windows 7 using Dreamweaver CS5.

What version of form Builder are you using?

make sure you are using the CSS FOrm Builder 2.0.1 Support release 2 version available in the download center, if you are using a previous version, make sure to uninstall it from the extension manager before installing the newer one.

I'm having this same problem with DataBridge (1.2.2), CS6, Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. OS is current.

Thanks,

Mike
