The Shipping service you have selected is Ground Shipping, this is a Domestic only ship[ping service, so is not valid for shipping to canada, try using the Standard shipping service instead.

where do I change from ground to standard

Thank you, where do I change from ground to standard, I read all the code line by line on the confirm and the eCart UPS and tried to find ground, GND, ground_shipping, shipping service.. Also called UPS to see if it was set on their end and they said no. Please advise on which page I will found the ground service type and if possible the correct code for Standard shipping. Thank You.

you cant see the eCart UPS Shipping server behavior in the server behaviors list to edit it because you have added custom code to the ups server behavior code block.

on the confirm page, change:
$Shipping_Parameters["CarrierCode"] = "03";

to:
$Shipping_Parameters["CarrierCode"] = "11";

had to implement both ground and standard

When I did that the US failed, we resolved in connect meeting by shipping ground(3) for US and standard (11) for Canadian.
