Hi

has anyone any experience of an image upload failure specific to a pc.

Client is unable to upload images to the shop but I can from my PC

Both Pc run windows 7

When the client presses the update button the browser window goes white and stays there until the window is foced closed

what browser is the client using?

are you testing with the same browser?


can the client try using a different browser?

can you have the client send you a copy of the file they are trying to upload for testing to see if you have the same problem?

update

Hi Jason

issue solved not quite user error;-)

1. Client trying to upload PNG

2. Client naming files image 1 2011

Now he's uploading jpegs and is naming the files image_1_2011 he is not having a problem
