Redeclaration error on Framework Builder + CMS

After applying themes to site with FRAME BUILDER 1.01 to site built with SITE BUILDER I get a server page 500 error on ALL pages modified by FRAME BUILDER function used when "CREATING THEME FROM TEMPLATE"

ERROR OCCURS WHEN PROCESSING THIS CODEBLOCK:
<?php
require_once( "webassist/framework/library.php" );
require_once( "webassist/framework/framework.php" );
?>
<?php
if("" == ""){
$WA_sitesculptor_template_1_Content_Empty = "";
$WA_sitesculptor_template_1_Content = new WA_Include(__FILE__);
$WA_sitesculptor_template_1_Template = new WA_Include("Templates{$WA_sitesculptor_template_1_Content_Empty}/sitesculptor_template.dwt.php");
require($WA_sitesculptor_template_1_Template->BaseName);
$WA_sitesculptor_template_1_Template->Initialize(true);
please help.

WHEN REACHING THE FUNCTION:
require($WA_sitesculptor_template_1_Template->BaseName);

Error occurs when attempting to redeclare the rel2abs() found in both WA_CMS/library.php (line 21) and webassist/framework/library.php (line 17) Program crashes out with a 500 server error.

Your updated library.php from 7/15/2011 11:13AM did nothing to fix the problem. Are you sure that is the one you intended to send????

After replacing the file in the webassist/framework/ folder, what else are you supposed to do. I uploaded it to the server and have the exact same problem.

I've requested a refund, as the product DOES NOT work as advertized, conflicting with other modules of your own software.
