Email Form Again

Jason:

I created another email form for another Website using the Wizard, but I'm once again facing the same issue: the form doesn't send emails. I've double checked that everything looks the same as the previous form I created (which is working fine), but I'm obviously missing something.

Attached please find the form in question. Could you please double check it?

Thank you for your attention

Can you send a link where i can see the problem?

When submitting the form, does it redirect to the index.htm page?

send a copy of the webassist/email/waue_Contact_1.php page so i can see how the Email behavior is configured.

Jason:

Yes. When submitting the form it redirects to index.htm, however, I had to re-create the form because it started giving me an error on line 119. I tested the new form, but the issue persists.

To see the form in question please go to www.salaroche.com > Contact

Attached you will find the following: waue_Contact_1.php, waue_Contact_2.php, and the new email form.

for the from address, you are using the Full Name binding.

the from address must be an email address. use the Email address binding instead of the full name binding for the from address.
