Not working on form in a hide region

I have a page with 3 "if no recordset" hidden regions. The third one contains a form with client validation on it. The client validation doesn't work but the form does submit and sends an email. Any ideas on how to fix the validation piece?

In most instances, i dont recommend using client side validation since it can be defeated by turning off javascript in the browser. i recommend using server validation instead.

If you insist on using client side validation, please send a copy of your page in a zip archive so i can examine the code.

The poblem is the information isn't getting stored in a database or I would use server validation. Attached is the file.

regardless of whether the form is storing to a database or not, i still recommend server validation over client side validation.

On the page you have sent, i do not see that any client side validation have been applied. there are no client side behaviors applied to the on submit action of either form.
