Hi 'Sales'

Have you checked that

i) The wasocial.css file is included in your page
ii) It has been uploaded to the server?

Possible Fix for Verical Issue

What I did was use the CSS Styles panel. I clicked the link icon in the lower right hand of the CSS Panel. The Attach External Style Sheet dialog box pops up; then, click Browse to navigate to the ../webassist/social/wasocial.css file and then the OK button - you should be good to go.
