File upload problem

I seem to be having a problem uploading larger files with DFP although I've increased the PHP variables. My current settings are:

upload_max_size = 10M
post_max_size = 15M
memory_limit = 32M
max_input_time = 180
max_execution_time = 180

I tried to upload a 1.5M photo and received this error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12288 bytes) in /home/content/45/8552745/html/webassist/file_manipulation/helperphp.php on line 865

What can I do?

Thanks - Joe

add the following to line 1 of your page:

php:
<?php

ini_set
("memory_limit""256M")
?>

That works for the 1.5M image, but now I'm getting the issue on a 4M file. I've tried upping the memory_limit to 1024, but no joy. When I display phpinfo(), the local memory limit is showing 1024M, but the global is at 32M - could that limitation be the problem?

yes, the global memory limit would override the local memory limit, it looks like you will need to contact the host to be able to increase the available memory.

Thanks for the help, Jason. The problem was actually a typo in the php5.ini file. "upload_max_size" should have been "upload_max_filesize" - so even though I thought I was setting it to 10M, it was at the default of 2M.

Best - Joe
