Emails Not Sent

Jason:

The email forn I created with CSS Form Builder is still not sending emails. I've been trying to solve this problems for some time now, to no avail. I've been working with my Host Service, iXWEeb Hosting and, after they performed some tests, this is what they had to say:

--------------------

This update was added:
Dear Mr. Laroche,

I have went through mentioned steps and completed Contact US form. It redirected back to "member Home Page" and did not show any errors. Unfortunately we can't investigate your form in-depth as it involves coding investigation of your application and tracing where exactly code fails. We can only test if feature to send emails from the web server works. Please refer to following test script which sends emails to your email box postmaster@lovingpanda.com :
mail_test_windows.php

Emails are getting delivered without any problems from our script, please refer to following screenshot of your inbox for postmaster@lovingpanda.com with a received test email:
8930-1215201134733PM

Kindly please ask your developer to check code of your email application and configure it according to environment. You can use above test script as an example.

Please feel free to contact us if you need further assistance. We are available 24/7.

Respectfully,
Technical Department
Stepan Radibog

Atached please find a copy of the form that was created by the Wizard. Can you help me with this issue? Unfortunately, at this point I'm unable to communicate through Skype, as I'm in the country of Djibouti, Africa, and the only ISP in this country has Skype blocked. I'm looking into using a VPN service to bypass that blocking, b ut that will also take me a few days.

Any suggestions?

Thank you for your attention

the action of the form is to post to another page:
<form class="NewFromBlank_sal01" id="SimpleContact_NewFromBlank_sal01" name="SimpleContact_NewFromBlank_sal01" method="post" action="TSearch.php">

change that to:
<form class="NewFromBlank_sal01" id="SimpleContact_NewFromBlank_sal01" name="SimpleContact_NewFromBlank_sal01" method="post" action="">

so that it will post to itself.
