DA Broken?

Yesterday I un-installed all of my extensions, deleted the DAT file, re-installed DA, and re-started Dreamweaver. On restart I encountered a bunch of Memento-related dialog boxes, but I've learned to live with those.

When I opened a page created with DA and double-clicked the Insert Record behavior from the Server Behaviors palette I get a brand-new error message:

The following JavaScript error(s) occurred:
Unable to open script file "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS5.5\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\DataAssist\Library\WA_Configuration.js (error 3).

When I click OK the error message goes away, and after that it doesn't matter how many times I click the server behavior, the DA dialog boxes never appear.

I can get other DA dialogs to appear -- MRT, Delete, Sort, etc -- but not Insert. I've tried 2.08 and 2.09. Please help!
