Vanishing Toolbar

Thread began 12/12/2011 10:06 am by drayschermerhorn146715 | Last modified 6/29/2017 7:41 am by Ray Borduin | 1951 views | 12 replies |

Vanishing Toolbar

A while ago the support team fixed a problem I had in PowerCMS 2, caused by someone copying into PowerCMS HTML code along with text.

Now, however, when people go into the CMS they get this message:

Toolbar set "Custom" doesn't exist.

In other words, the system is inoperable.

This was probably caused when support added to the toolbar the "copy from Word" icon. Somehow the toolbar has gone missing.

Can someone tell me how to reinstate the toolbar?

Thanks....Duane

I'd need to reproduce the issue and have FTP access to debug it. Most likely you just have to define a toolbar named "Custom" in your config.js file that has the menu items you want displayed on that page.

I can't seem to connect with the FTP information provided. Do you have IP restrictions set, or is it possible there is a typo?

I still can't connect. Are you sure that is the correct password? Does the server have IP address restrictions?
