Unique Drop downs in form

Hi guys,

I have a form that consists of two identical drop menus. I need users to be able to select from both, but before the form is submitted I need to check that the same value wasn't selected in both.

retval = true;
if(document.form.select1.value == document.form.select2.value) {

retval = false;

return retval;
