Unwanted Email Attachments, etc.

Thread began 12/08/2011 6:35 am by cherry8723424721 | Last modified 12/08/2011 10:43 am by Jason Byrnes | 449 views | 1 replies |

Unwanted Email Attachments, etc.

At this point all my WA extensions are working fine. There's only a couple of little glitches in CSS FB I would like to take care of:

1) My emails are sent well and are received in almost the format I would like them to, the only trouble is I also get a .zip attachment in each of them. The content of the .zip file seems to be the same email text, but in an unusual format. I double checked Server Behaviors > Universal Email > Create Email Message > Manage email attachments, and there's nothing there asking for attachments to be sent. I also double checked the Form Builder, but I didn't see anything helpful there. Any suggestions?

2) Every time I make changes to my email form in Form Builder, after saving the changes the form format reverts to the Default one, thereby erasing any decorations and changes I might have inserted in the form before. Any way to avoid this?

Thank you for your attention
