Upload not working

I'm trying to do a straight file upload and failing. When I dump the debug info, I get Status object: WA_UploadResult1, statusCode : 0, errorMessage : No file uploaded.

My upload folder has full permissions.

I've attached the page for you to take a look. Let me know if you want to access the site.

Best - Joe

the action of your form is set to post to paypal.

you cannot trigger an upload behavior when the form posts if the action of the form is to post to another page.
