Getting an error when trying to edit the menu

I am trying to edit the menu in the Powerstore, and each time I click it, I get the message of:

The database connections(s) required for this content preset do not exist in this site... blah blah blah

See the attached image for the full error.

Anyway, I don't get it. There is no error, the menu works fine, but I am unable to edit it for some reason. I can edit the theme of it and the wizard for the theme opens, but it doesn't retain any changes I have made to it manually!!

I thought if I had the extension installed, then I could open up the menu and edit it. I'm hoping I can do the same for the shopping cart and payment gateway, otherwise I am in deep trouble!

So, Why can't I open and edit the menu as I would expect? I've not deleted any columns as far as I am aware, however, I have upgraded from powerstore 2 to powerstore three when three was released. Can that be the problem?

I believe this was an issue in power store 3. See this post for a fix to the problem;
