ecart problems

ecart problems

I am new to Ecart and noticed on the checkout page, customer info, that it doesn't seem to have any validation check. You are able to bypass it, though you have not entered any info, by hitting the Checkout button. Can you add a simple php validation script to correct this if it is normal?

When you check the same as billing address box on the same form it doesn't fill in automatically or show up in the confirmation page if you haven't filled it in manually. Is this normal?

When I check a Remove box in the Shopping Cart and have multiple items and check one in the middle it removes all the items below it when you update. In this case I am selling gift cards and the customer may want to order different multiples in different amounts such as 2 at $100, 3 at $50, etc. I thought it might be happening because of the same ID but in that case it would remove all of the items not just the items below that point.

you need to use form toolkit or CSS Form Builder to add validation to the eCart checkout pages.

for the same as billing issue, the eCart javascript file is most likely missing from the server. Make sure to upload the entire eCart folder to the server.

for the other issue, how have you configured the columns in your eCart object?

can you send me a copy of the eCart object file and a link where i can see the issue in the browser in order to troubleshoot.
