fatal error Display Info() on a non object

I am trying to send a second email on an order. The first is sent from the confirm.php page and it is going fine. The second is to be sent from the checkout_success.php page and I get the following error message that is identifying the eCart Display Info("Thumbnail") as the error.
Call to a member function DisplayInfo() on a non-object in /xxxxx/waue_checkout_success_1.php on line 49
How do I correct this?

at line 1 of the checkout success page, make sure tohe code to attach the ecart object is in place:

//WA eCart Include

where <yourCart> is the name of your eCart object.
