Customize shipping/billing form

How can I edit some of the styles of the checkout_form.php page? I'm wanting to change the size of the form fields for the billing/shipping info as well as adjust the padding. I specified the size for each of the text fields, but it didn't change. Is there a stylesheet in attached that is has priority over my manual changes? Please advise... thank you.

I am using the cart in PowerStore 4, so I will post in that forum as well.

styles for the power store checkout form are set in thewebassist/themes/Your Theme/css/<themeName>_form.css file

where Your Theme and <themeName> are the name of the theme applied to power store.

still need guidance

I've combed through the css file attached and cannot seem to find where the input text field size is specified. I'm sure it's glaring right at me and this is really basic, but I'm not finding it...

I'm needing to reduce the text field size and reduce the padding btwn each form <p> tag. Can someone please point me in the right direction, please?

Thanks.
